The Pain Management Center of MidCoast Maine opened to help address the needs of our communities most challenging and neglected patient population, those who suffer from chronic pain. A major part of our goal is the education of providers that render care for these patients with the most current information ad treatment modalities available.

This is a very exciting time for those who manage and treat chronic pain patients. Chronic pain management is rapidly changing with what seems like almost daily news and developments in medications, interventional procedures, behavioral and alternative therapies. Recognizing these rapid changes, we have embarked on keeping providers as current as possible on these changes.

This web site will give us the opportunity to provide the most up-to-date information for the treatment of chronic pain but it does express the opinions of the authors and is not a substitute for experience and training. The Pain Management Center of MidCoast Maine is a specialty care center designed to provide a comprehensive pain management program. The staff consists of a Board Certified Pain Management physician, nurse practitioner, along with various ancillary personnel including nurses and administrative personnel. The Pain Management Center is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Practitioners at the center are specialists in interventional pain management with extensive training and experience.
