J. Kazalski, DO, MMSc is board certified in pain management and anesthesiology. Dr. Kazalski is a native of Brunswick, Maine. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maine and a masters degree from Emory University. He attended medical school at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine graduating in 1994.

Dr. Kazalski completed a residency in anesthesiology and a fellowship in pain management at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. He has more than eight years of experience in evaluating and treating patients with chronic pain.
